The Ace Bay – Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility

    • Open to guests aged 18 years and above.
    • Topgolf Jakarta staff, contractors, and promotional partners are not eligible.
    • Professional athletes and members of national teams are not eligible.
    • By participating, guests agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

    *Guests need to login with their real WA phone numbers and name

  • Gameplay Rules

    • All attempts must be taken from The Ace Bay only.
    • Each attempt = one tracked ball.
    • The qualifying hole is the designated Ace Bay target at ~170m. White target
    • To qualify as a Hole-in-One:
    • Shot must be verified by Toptracer tracking and an official staff witness.
    • Mulligans, practice swings, or re-do’s are not allowed.

  • Winner Verification

    Winning shots are subject to:

    • Review of Toptracer data.
    • Confirmation by the on-duty Jackpot Marshal.
    • Completion of a winner’s claim form with valid ID (passport/KTP).
    • Management reserves the right to verify footage, data, and witness accounts before awarding the prize.

  • Publicity

    By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness in Topgolf Jakarta marketing and PR materials without additional compensation.

  • Entry & Attempts

    • Guests may obtain attempts in two ways:
    • Spend-to-Play: Every IDR 500,000 spent on bill which includes food, beverage, or bay play = 3 Ace Bay attempt.
    • Buy-In: Attempts may be purchased directly at IDR 50,000 per ball. Does not go towards Spend-to-Play bill*
    • Attempts must be used on the same day of issue; unused attempts expire at closing.
    • Maximum attempts per guest per day: 12 per name
    • If bill allows for 20 attempts need to be split among different guests.

  • Prizes

    • Grand Jackpot: Starts at IDR 500,000,000 and increases each week until won.
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where jackpot specifies cash).

  • Jackpot Coverage

    • Upon verification, prizes will be awarded maximum within 90 days

  • General Conditions

    • Topgolf Jakarta may amend or terminate the promotion at any time, with notice posted in-venue.
    • Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of management; all decisions are final.
    • Attempts to tamper, cheat, or bypass the rules will result in immediate disqualification.
